What is A.P.A
Advance Provision Allowance is the amount to be paid in addition to the booking fee covering all extra fees, taxes, and provisions. After the extra fees are covered, the remaining amount (if any) is refunded to the guest.
F.A.Q
After signing our yacht charter agreement, a deposit of 40% of the total charter cost is required to confirm your booking. You can pay the fee via bank transfers to our official bank accounts. The remaining 60%, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer or cash at your arrival to the yacht.
After getting along on all the aspects of your yacht charter booking, you will receive a copy of our fully executed yacht charter agreement for signature. Please keep in mind that we use a Turkish Government approved online signature platform to simplify the process.
Guests buy the food supplies. Crew is responsible for cooking also in crewed charters, guests are responsible for the meal expenses of the personnel.
We will talk about the food arrangements prior to your arrival to the yacht. Your Charter consultant should be informed of all of your demands and food preferences. You can also discuss what food you would like to buy relaying on a detailed list of different goods sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival. This simplifies the food shopping process for us because everything will be prepared and on board when you arrive.
If you do not interfere with anything, we can offer you a full board accommodation during your holiday. In this case, you can choose one of our Standard, Luxury or Deluxe menus and pay a price ranging between 40 and 70 Euros per person per day, and make your holiday all-inclusive except for alcoholic beverages. You can supply your alcoholic beverages as you wish and bring them to the boat.
You can count on Adriyachts exclusive concierge services to ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group’s preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion.
